Return and exchange policy

1. Products purchased from this site that are returnable and whose possibility of return is stated in the product description can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase process. The following conditions apply to all returns and exchanges.

a. A receipt must be presented to complete the return and exchange process

b. The original invoice is a mandatory condition for refund or replacement

2. If products purchased during promotions or sales are returned, the entire offer package must be returned.

3. If the product is returned due to a product defect, manufacturing defect from the manufacturer, damage during delivery, or incorrect product delivery, no additional fees will be charged.

4. In the event of a return for other reasons, for example and without limitation (your need to replace the product or your desire has changed in general), the customer will bear the shipping fees and/or bank transfer fees.

5. The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging including all accessories and user manual. Abdul Rahman Al Gosaibi Company does not accept the return of used or damaged products due to misuse

6. If the order is canceled before delivery, a full refund including delivery charges will be refunded to the credit card used to place the order within 7 to 14 business days.

7. Abdul Rahman Al Gosaibi Company has the right to refuse the return and exchange service for products that do not meet the above and the following standards and conditions below.

a. If the barcode has been removed or erased (for medical products only)

b. Products damaged due to misuse

c. . Products that require special storage conditions such as refrigerated medicines, vitamins and baby food

8. Payment

  1. Payment can be made via mada cards, credit cards,
  2. Amounts will be calculated in Saudi Riyals.
  3. Orders canceled before delivery will be refunded to the same card used within 7-14 business days.

9. Delivery

  1. Delivery is made by Aramex shipping company
  2. There is no requirement to purchase a specific amount to benefit from the delivery service.
  3. A shipping fee of 38 riyals applies, including VAT.
  4. Orders will be delivered within 10 working days via the intermediary Aramex. As for orders that require an installation engineer, the customer will be contacted and an appointment will be arranged.
